Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 25 September 2026
1. Scope
These terms govern access to this website and, where applicable, the general framework for enquiries and bookings for services offered by SoundAtaraxia and Kukui. Specific services, retreats, workshops or private sessions may be subject to additional booking conditions communicated before confirmation.
2. Information on the website
Reasonable care is taken to keep the information on this website accurate and current. However, programmes, locations, availability, pricing and event details may change. The website should not be treated as a substitute for individual professional, medical or psychological assessment.
3. Wellbeing services and scope
Sound, vibration, massage, meditation, breathwork, somatic practices and related experiences are offered within the stated professional scope of the practitioner. They are not presented as a diagnosis, cure or replacement for medical, psychiatric or other regulated healthcare unless a particular service is expressly described otherwise and lawfully provided within that scope.
Participants are responsible for informing the practitioner before a session of relevant circumstances that may affect their participation and for following reasonable safety instructions. The practitioner may decline or adapt a session where participation would not be appropriate or safe.
4. Bookings, payment and cancellation
Booking, payment, cancellation and refund conditions will be communicated for the relevant service before the booking is confirmed. Where a service is purchased online in the future, the applicable consumer-contract information and cancellation rights will be provided as required by law.
5. Events and retreats
Retreats and events may involve third-party venues, accommodation, food, travel or activities. Their respective terms may apply in addition to these terms. Participants should review any venue or organiser requirements supplied for the particular event.
6. Intellectual property
Original website content, programmes, written materials, workshop structures, branding and other protected works may not be copied, republished or commercially reused without permission, except where permitted by law.
7. Third-party services
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Third parties control their own services, content and policies.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by applicable Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply based on the consumer's place of residence.
9. Complaints
Complaints can be sent to info@soundataraxia.eu and will be answered within 10 working days. Official complaint forms (hojas de quejas y reclamaciones) of the Junta de Andalucía are available to consumers on request.
SoundAtaraxia is not currently a member of any alternative dispute resolution scheme. If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, details of at least one competent body will be provided, together with an indication of whether SoundAtaraxia will take part in its procedure.
10. Contact
Questions concerning these terms can be sent to info@soundataraxia.eu.
