About Franita

The person behind the practice

Who I am
Portrait of Franita by the sea

To understand yourself is one thing. To experience yourself is another.

I am Franny, a French-born, trilingual Holosomatic Practitioner based in Andalusia, Spain.

My work brings together sound, vibration, touch, massage, breath, movement, meditation, mindfulness, emotional awareness and somatic practice.

“The body has its own way of knowing. Presence first. Everything else follows.”

My role is to create the space, the conditions and the journey in which that experience can unfold.

My Approach

Different languages. One human being.

I bring together disciplines that are often treated separately:

Sound + Touch
Vibration + Breath
Massage + Meditation
Movement + Stillness
Emotion + Body
Traditional Instruments + Contemporary Wellbeing
Individual Experience + Collective Connection

I don't see these as competing modalities.

CREATIVE EXPRESSION

Art, sound & vibration

These two artworks sit alongside my work with sound, movement and the body. Colour and image offer another way to explore feeling and expression.

I see them as different languages through which we can connect with the same human being.

Professional Integrity

Responsibility is part of the practice.

For me, calling myself a therapist carries responsibility.

I am fully legally established, professionally certified and insured, and I hold myself to the professional standards I believe should accompany working with people in this capacity.

That means understanding my scope of practice, maintaining appropriate boundaries, continuing my education, respecting the origins of the practices I work with and being responsible about what I offer and how I communicate it.

Certification is not the end of professional development. It is a commitment to keep developing.

This is particularly important to me because sound, vibration, touch, breath, meditation and emotional work are powerful tools.

They should be approached with knowledge, humility, respect and responsibility.

MY JOURNEY

What shaped the practice.

Cultural encounters, lifelong learning and respect for the traditions behind the work continue to shape how I practise today.
