Touch, Bodywork & Vibration

The body is another language.

My relationship with sound is deeply connected to my relationship with the body.

I am a certified massage therapist. These are the treatments I offer:

Holosomatic Bodywork (signature) · Aromatherapy Massage · Reflexology · Indian Head Massage · Flow Thai Massage · Compression Therapy · Peter Hess® Sound Massage · Método Vibria® Vibrational Massage

Also trained in Sports, Swedish, relaxation and hot stone massage, Reiki, and intuitive and energetic bodywork.

Signature treatment

Holosomatic Bodywork

My signature treatment brings massage, therapeutic touch, energy work, aromatherapy and somatic awareness into one session. The approach is yin: slow, passive pressure through the thumbs and palms, held long enough for the body to soften rather than be pushed.

Offered within retreats, group and corporate programmes, and privately by application, from €100.

This background has shaped the way I work with sound.

I understand the body through touch, movement, pressure, stillness and sensation, and I bring that embodied understanding into my sound practice.

Meditation, Breath & Mindfulness

From breath to sensation to stillness.

I also guide practices that develop awareness through breath, attention and stillness.

For a busy mind, we can begin with one breath, one sound, or one sensation, and let attention find its own pace.

Depending on the intention of the experience, I can create journeys moving through:

breath → movement → sensation → sound → stillness → integration

These experiences can be restorative, contemplative, immersive, playful or deeply reflective.
