2. Personal data we may receive
Depending on how you contact or engage with the business, we may receive identification and contact information such as your name, email address, telephone number and information you choose to include in a message or booking enquiry.
If you provide information relating to your wellbeing or personal circumstances when requesting a service, that information will only be used to the extent necessary for the relevant professional relationship and subject to applicable data-protection requirements. Please do not send sensitive information by ordinary email unless it is specifically requested and an appropriate channel has been provided.
Providing your data is voluntary, but without your contact details it is not possible to reply to you or to arrange a service.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries: to take steps at your request before entering into a service relationship and/or based on legitimate interests in responding to communications.
- Managing bookings and services: where necessary to perform a contract or take steps at your request before a contract.
- Legal and accounting obligations: where processing is required by law.
- Marketing: only where a valid legal basis exists, including consent where consent is required. Marketing consent is separate from acceptance of this privacy policy.
No automated decisions or profiling are carried out.
4. Recipients and service providers
Personal data is never sold. It may be processed by service providers used to operate the business, acting on its behalf and under contract: website hosting (Squarespace Ireland Limited and Squarespace, Inc.), domain name (OVH SAS, France), email (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC), and, where necessary, booking, payment, accounting or communication providers. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities, such as the Spanish Tax Agency, where the law requires it.
Squarespace, Inc. and Google LLC may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where needed, on its Standard Contractual Clauses. Where another provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, an equivalent legal mechanism is used.
5. Retention
Data will be kept only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:
- Enquiries: for as long as needed to reply and follow up, and no longer than one year unless they lead to a booking.
- Clients and bookings: for the duration of the professional relationship, then for as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally four to six years).
- Wellbeing information shared for a session: only while it is needed for your sessions, then securely deleted.
- Marketing: until you withdraw your consent.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing and data portability where applicable. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

7. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures will be used to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
